Aston Health presented a report at the panel discussion of the XXI NATIONAL ONCOLOGY CONGRESS

On November 14-16, 2017, the CROCUS EXPO CENTER hosted the XXI NATIONAL ONCOLOGY CONGRESS, organized by the Russian Cancer Research Center and the Russian Society of Clinical Oncology under the auspices of the National Oncology Association.

The event featured lectures by the leading Russian and European medical scientists related to diagnostic and treatment strategies for malignant neoplasms.

During the Congress, Takeda held a panel discussion titled "100 Minute Talk on Care Delivery for Cancer Patients" that highlighted social and economic aspects of using innovative health technologies in this field. Igor Petrushin, Head of Marketing Research and Consulting, Aston Health, made a presentation "CURRENT STATE AND FUTURE TRENDS IN THE DRUG REIMBURSEMENT FOR ONCOLOGY PATIENTS".  Among other things, he touched upon the public funding of antitumor medications, patient access to innovative therapies, and the burden of regional healthcare budgets allocated for the treatment of cancer. He also commented on the recent changes in the drug supply financing and presented an outlook for the next five years.
