Aston Group participated in a conference ‘Rheumatology Days 2015’ held in St. Petersburg

A number of satellite events took place as part of the conference, including:

• XV Jubilee North-Western scientific conference ‘Interdisciplinary approach to evaluation and treatment of rheumatic diseases’, and

• ‘Children’s rheumatology: burning issues and solution strategies’

Aston Group presented the National Registry of RA patients and National Registry of Children with Juvenile Arthritis.

The conference highlighted the challenges related to the Regional Registry of Children with Juvenile Arthritis. Of particular interest was the report by the Chief Pediatric Cardiorheumatologist of the Bashkortostan Republic Victor Malievsky, who stressed the practical value of information contained in the registry.

A possibility of networking was one of the most appreciated aspects of attending the conference for many regional specialists.
